Cancellations + Rescheduling

We require a firm 24 notice of cancellation/reschedule. This protects the stylists time and gives us a chance to offer the time slot to another guest. Anything less than 24 hours notice results in a 50% charge of services scheduled or quoted for. For no-call/no-shows, 100% of services scheduled or quoted for will be charged to the card placed on file.

Card on file is required to hold all reservations. 

Consultations

Consultations are required for all color and extension services. This way we can all be on the same page and make sure we're a good fit for you. At the consultations we'll discuss your current hair, your goals and will give you a custom quote for your desired services. Extension Consultations will require a 50%/or full deposit if proceeding with the service.

Extensions are non refundable and all sales are final.

Salon Etiquette

Allow proper time for travel and traffic. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, this may result in alternating your appointment, rescheduling your appointment and a last minute cancellation charge.
